Bastion. Not a street, but a garden/park named in 1989 for its proximity to the Tallinn defensive walls, and no longer a garden, but a terrace?... Located at ///fidget.slightly.below, which is not much help. In fact, you need to go through the current occupants of Viru värav 23, the Tai Boh restaurant, up the stairs, and through the back to discover a faux grass floor of outdoor dining. What lies beneath, we know not.
