Park named after the former summer manor, Scharlottentali mõis, in Haabersti. The same name was used for the Charlottentali tikumanufaktuur, or Charlottental match-factory, located on the now non-existent Kullamaa. As to who the Charlotte in question was – and don’t ask ChatGPT: “information … hypothetical … not supported by verified historical sources ... I apologize” – your guess is as good as mine, but that’s one 4 hours I’ll never see again…
