Laose (Laos)

Four possibilities (of which one correct...): 1) Ruin, disintegration, decay; 2) Nursery, seed plot; 3) Laos, the country and/or language; and 4) west-Estonian or island dialect for wooden or birch-bark float for fishing nets, seine nets, etc., often scored with property markers known as peremärgid, (lit. family or farm marks), synonym of Käba, so , so '4'.
