Originally named Schützenstraße, protect or defence street (1881) and otherwise known as Schießgasse (shooting alley), Стрѣлковая ул., arrow road (1916, old spelling, see Intro) or Стрелочная ул (undated, new spelling). Named after rifle-range the military used to practice on. Anagram of Tüki. One of a mini target-practice group. See Noole.
