Rukki (Rukis)
Rye. Part of a cereal-names street zone. See Kaera.
Rukkilille (Rukkilill)
Cornflower (lit. rye flower), bachelor’s button, bluebottle... Centaurea cyanus, National flower of Estonia. Once considered a weed in cornfields where the latter was once a generic term for any field containing corn, rye, wheat, etc.
Rulkoviuse
(Adolph Johann Rulcovius, 1796-1871)
Thus named (1885-1939, with various spellings, both c and k) after owner of underlying land who split it up (Wikipedia gives an unlikely date of 1878) to create the now Virmalise street network. The ‘Latin’ surname was probably a typical Linnaean class move to upgrade a standard surname, Рульков (Rulkov).

Rumbi (Rumb)
Rhumb, loxodromic curve, any of the compass’s 36 points.
Rummu (Rumm)
1) Hub, wheel-hub, center; 2) Nave. Named after nearby Rummu Restaurant, destroyed during the war. Also name of former Soviet-epoch prison now half-submerged in a one-time quarry now known as the ‘Blue Lagoon’.
