Since today’s Kure was baptized in Mooni Ward (allasum) on Valentine’s day 1958, Its Kurepõllu counterpart was scrapped 4 months later; and Põllu, which already existed in Nõmme, was renamed Lasnamäe põik, and then scrapped too. A new Kurepõllu tänav, planned to cross from Narva to Valge, was created in 2001, is still thinking about it.
